Vom Alltag inspiriert. Als Johannes anfing auf Holz zu malen, war er fasziniert von der einzigartigen Struktur des Papiers. Falten zu malen zieht sich durch Johannes' Arbeit, wie ein roter Faden. Wie es in der Entwicklung so ist, kommen Ideen dazu, einige verblassen. Dazu kam, die Idee auch alltägliche Faltungen und Strukturen aus unserem daily life zu malen. 
Tücher sind etwas besonderes, funktional, ästethisch und vor allem nie zweck-gebunden. Die wellenartigen Berg- und Talfalten wirken eher wie eine zierliche Pflanze. 
Das Animal Scarf fand Johannes in einem Vintage Shop in London und wollte seine Impressionen von der Stadt in seiner Arbeit verarbeiten und verankern.

Das Palästinenser Tuch wurde mit Wolle verziert, um die bestmögliche detailgetreue herzustellen. Durch die dünnen Fadenbündel wirkt es, als würde das Tuch im Raum schweben und merkt jeden Windzug in seinem Umfeld.

 Inspired by everyday life. When Johannes started painting on wood, he was fascinated by the unique structure of the paper. Painting folds runs through Johannes' work, like a common thread. As it is in the development, ideas come to it, some fade away. In addition, the idea also came to paint everyday folds and structures from our daily life. 

Cloths are something special, functional, aesthetic and above all never purpose-bound. The wavy mountain and valley folds look more like a delicate plant. 

Johannes found the Animal Scarf in a vintage store in London and wanted to incorporate and anchor his impressions of the city in his work.

The Palestinian Scarf was embellished with wool to produce the best possible detail. The thin bundles of thread make it seem as if the scarf is floating in space, noticing every breeze in its surroundings.
